Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Commercial Cleaner to join during evening hours. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of commercial premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with janitorial experience who thrive working independently during evening hours. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will help uphold our reputation for excellence in commercial cleaning services. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals Conduct window cleaning and pressure washing to maintain exterior and interior glass surfaces when necessary. Maintain floor care through sweeping, and mopping, to ensure a pristine environment Manage laundry services for linens or uniforms as required Follow strict sanitation and infection control protocols to promote a healthy workspace Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly during all cleaning activities to ensure safety and compliance with health standards Skills Proven janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial setting Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including window cleaning, pressure washing, and floor care Ability to handle chemicals safely and effectively while adhering to safety guidelines Excellent manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, pressure washers, and extraction machines Good customer service skills to interact professionally with clients or building occupants when needed Attention to detail with a focus on sanitation standards. Pay:
