Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles with a focus on commercial or industrial settings. Ability to use cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Good physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting during shifts. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues promptly.
