Cargill is seeking a dedicated Custodian to support a clean, safe, and efficient manufacturing environment. In this role, you will perform daily cleaning and sanitation of production, office, and common areas, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom care, and surface disinfection. You will operate basic cleaning equipment, follow safety and food manufacturing sanitation standards, and promptly report maintenance issues. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize production, office, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash and recycling Perform restroom cleaning and restocking of supplies Clean breakrooms, locker rooms, and high-touch surfaces Operate basic floor care and cleaning equipment safely Monitor and report maintenance or safety issues Handle cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines Support sanitation standards for food manufacturing areas Follow all safety, GMP, and company policies Assist with special cleaning projects and seasonal tasks Required Skills Industrial cleaning Floor care (mopping, buffing) Chemical handling and dilution Use of cleaning equipment Sanitation in food manufacturing Basic maintenance reporting Understanding of safety procedures PPE use and compliance Waste and recycling handling Reading and following SOPs
