What You'll Do Perform soft washing, power washing, gutter cleaning, and window washing Complete interior services including carpet, tile, and duct cleaning Operate company equipment and vehicles safely (training provided) Work alongside your team and communicate clearly with your lead technician Maintain clean, organized job sites from start to finish Lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs Deliver respectful, high-quality service to every client What We Expect (Read This Carefully) You show up on time—every time You do the job right, even when no one is watching You pay attention to details and don't rush through work You take ownership—if something isn't right, you fix it You communicate well and work as part of a team You bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic daily You are flexible—this role is primarily daytime, but occasional evening work is required based on customer needs What We Offer Ongoing training and real skill development Clear path to advancement for top performers 4-day work week (with overtime opportunities April-November) 7 paid holidays + PTO after 90 days Simple IRA with company match Monthly performance bonuses Company uniforms provided Team events, recognition, and a strong crew environment Compensation $17-$22/hour based on experience Performance-based raises after 90 days Bonuses for those who consistently perform at a high level Requirements Valid PA driver's license with clean record Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Willingness to drive a truck and trailer (we'll train you) Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders Bonus If You Have Experience in cleaning or trades Mechanical or equipment experience Comfort working at heights Apply Today If you're someone who takes pride in your work and wants to be held to a high standard, we want to hear from you.
