Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lead Cleaning Technician to oversee cleaning operations across various commercial and industrial sites. This leadership role involves supervising cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and maintaining exceptional service quality. The ideal candidate will bring strong team management skills, extensive custodial experience, and a passion for maintaining clean, safe environments. Duties Lead and supervise cleaning teams to ensure efficient completion of daily tasks in commercial, industrial, or hospitality settings Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety regulations, and sanitation procedures Manage scheduling, assign duties, and monitor performance to meet quality standards Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies Enforce safety protocols and sanitation guidelines in accordance with industry regulations Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and usage Skills Proven experience in cleaning services with a focus on industrial or commercial environments Strong staff supervision and team management skills Excellent managerial communication abilities for training, coaching, and client interactions Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices Custodial experience including janitorial work, laundry services, or hospitality housekeeping management Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Join us as a Lead Cleaning Technician to make a tangible difference by leading skilled teams in creating safe, spotless spaces!
