This is a Direct Hire opportunity, meaning you will be hired directly by the community from day one—not as a temporary worker. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, stays moving, and takes pride in a job well done. The community features beautiful, modern comfort stations, but heavy weekend use from residents means these facilities require consistent, thorough maintenance. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities) Your primary focus will be maintaining 6 comfort stations across the property, along with the main recreational facility. Each station has a separate men's and women's side equipped with 3 showers, 3-4 toilet stalls, sinks, and a changing table.
Continuous Maintenance:
Most of your shift will be spent looping through the 6 stations to clean, sanitize, and refresh the spaces.
Deep Cleaning:
Scrubbing and disinfecting showers, toilets, sinks, counters, and floors to keep the high-end facilities looking their best.
Stocking & Inventory:
Double-checking and replenishing essential supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap) so stations are always fully stocked.
Waste Management:
