Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the interior (walls, floors, ceilings, windows, furniture, equipment) of our buildings, which include cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, handwashing, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Heavy cleaning and sanitizing of all comfort stations / shower areas.
- Trash removal from all areas of the facilities.
- Cleaning and maintaining the exterior of our buildings, pavilions, walkways, and grounds.
- In the winter time, clearing snow and ice from walkways, steps, deck areas, etc. To be successful in this position you will:
- Be able to do some pushing, lifting, walking, and bending.
- Be able to operate small light tools and equipment for cleaning.
- Have a high level of honesty and integrity. This position requires you to work independently with little supervision. Punctuality, and the ability to multi-task are essential.
- Have a positive attitude and be a team player, assisting the team to achieve the departmental goals to get to the finish line on time.
