Eagle Lake Community Association has openings for a full-time Custodial Associate.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the interior (walls, floors, ceilings, windows, furniture, equipment) of our buildings, which include cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, handwashing, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Heavy cleaning and sanitizing of all comfort stations / shower areas.
• Trash removal from all areas of the facilities.
• Cleaning the exterior of our buildings, pavilions, walkways, and grounds.
• In the winter time, clearing snow and ice from walkways, steps, deck areas, etc.
• To be successful in this position you will:
• Be able to do some pushing, lifting, walking, and bending.
• Be able to operate small light cleaning tools and cleaning equipment.
• Have a high level of honesty and integrity. This position requires you to work independently with little supervision. -Be able to complete tasks with speed and accuracy. Cleaning schedules need to be followed and completed on time.
• Have a positive attitude and be a team player, assisting the team to achieve the departmental goals to get to the finish line on time.

This is a full-time year-round position with rotating shifts which requires some weekends.
