Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

We are seeking someone dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. This is an evening position with the following hours: Monday

Thursday 9pm
12am Friday 8:30pm
11:30pm Saturday/Sunday 6:30pm
9:30pm
Must pass criminal background check!

Responsibilities Sweeping, Vacuuming, Dry mopping and wet mopping floors Pressure washing showers Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces Cleaning bathrooms and locker rooms Maintaining cleanliness of workout/gym facilities Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial setting is preferred. Experience with pressure washing is preferred Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is beneficial. Previous porter or custodial roles demonstrating reliability and attention to detail are valued. Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
