Custodian Responsibilities include:

Event set up and tear down Moving resident furniture and general labor duties Trash removal Floor Care (extracting carpets, stripping/waxing floors, mopping floors, vacuuming, etc.) Snow/ice removal Other general maintenance and housekeeping duties

Requirements General Maintenance Qualifications:

Valid PA Driver's License required with at least 2 years of driving experience. Floor care, housekeeping, and general maintenance experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge is needed. Tel Hai is an Equal Opportunity Employer #INDNO
