Schedule:

Monday to Friday - 3:45 PM-8:15 PM (4.5 hours per day) (Rotating weekends: every 3rd weekend -

Saturday:

8:00 AM-5:00

PM Sunday:

10:00 AM-4:00 PM) What will you be doing? The Custodian performs general cleaning and light maintenance to ensure the Center remains clean, orderly, and safe. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer service, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while representing the company in a professional and positive manner. Make safety the number one priority while performing all job duties. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists, along with additional tasks assigned by the Facilities Supervisor. Clean public restrooms and drivers' lounge restrooms and replenish restroom supplies as needed. Empty trash receptacles and replace trash bags. Sweep and mop floors; wax floors as directed. Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces. Sweep sidewalks and remove debris. Apply oil-spill compound to areas containing oil or other liquids and clean up the material after the liquid has been absorbed. Remove snow from sidewalks and apply salt to help prevent and melt ice. Keep the Center clean, orderly, and free of tripping hazards. Maintain confidentiality and complete assigned duties accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with employees, passengers, and members of the public. What are the Job Requirements? High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
