WE DO. Attention to detail is important. We strive to do your best. Locations may require more or less work depending on the work site. The job may require you to be able to lift 30 lbs or more. Light duty jobs responsibilities involve cleaning around the premises, emptying trash and disposing of all bags and replacement of bags. All doors and touchable surfaces are to be frequently cleaned, dusted, webs removed. All windows cleaned inside and outside. Dirt-stained walls wiped clean. Inside glass cleared and cleaned. All bathrooms on-site cleaned, toiletry and towels restocked, and trash disposal. Break room (if accessible) all items are to be wiped clean except but limited to tables and chairs and counter only unless requested by the supervisor. All floors and all visible trash swept up vacuumed, buffed, or polished. Other heavy-duties jobs may require light-duty patching and or some painting and spackling, bulb replacement smoke/ carbon monoxide detector battery replacement, fire extinguisher installs, carpet cleaning, spill cleaning, removal of soiled curtains and steam cleaning of furniture. Some jobs require clean-outs which require you to bag and remove items and place them in a dumpster. Furniture breakdown and removal jobs may have you assist in the remodeling, which is limited to moving items from one section to another and cleaning under or behind racks shelves. Some jobs may have requirements involving pet odor or stained carpet removal which may pay an additional pay-rate. We look forward to having you as a part of our business.
