Schedule & Benefits Full-Time 1st Shift or 3rd shift Opportunity Weekly Pay Consistent Hours & Stable Work On-the-Job Training Provided Immediate Interviews Available Job Responsibilities Clean packaging and shipping areas using vacuums, brooms, and sanitation equipment. Remove flour dust from machinery, conveyors, sifters, catwalks, and elevated work areas. Maintain cleanliness of production areas, bathrooms, break rooms, and common spaces. Assist with material handling and re-palletizing product bags weighing up to 50 lbs. Follow GMP, sanitation, and safety procedures to support food production operations. Required Qualifications Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working around heights, stairs, catwalks, and elevated platforms. Willingness to work in a dusty, industrial manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to follow directions and work well independently or as part of a team. Preferred Experience Previous sanitation, janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience. Experience in food manufacturing or GMP-regulated environments. Familiarity with shop vacuums, air lines, and industrial cleaning equipment. Experience working in fast-paced production or warehouse settings. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lititz, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
