Kitchen Exhaust Cleaner Tower City, PA About Us Hood Pursuit is a growing commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning company serving restaurants, schools, hotels, healthcare facilities, fire companies, and other commercial kitchens throughout Pennsylvania. We specialize in cleaning kitchen exhaust systems in accordance with NFPA 96 standards while providing professional reports, photos, and compliance documentation to our customers. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual who is comfortable working nights, traveling to job sites, and performing physically demanding work. This is not a typical position. Applicants must be comfortable working overnight and occasional days, traveling to customer locations, climbing ladders, working on rooftops, and performing physically demanding work. Responsibilities Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems Remove grease buildup from hoods, ducts, and exhaust fans Operate pressure washing equipment and cleaning tools Set up containment and protect customer property Work safely on ladders and rooftops when required Complete service documentation and photos Maintain company equipment and vehicles Follow company safety procedures and NFPA 96 cleaning standards Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers Qualifications Valid driver's license strongly preferred Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to work overnight shifts and some day shifts Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops Reliable transportation to and from work Strong work ethic and positive attitude Experience with pressure washing, commercial cleaning, construction, HVAC, hood cleaning, or similar trades is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid training Company uniforms and PPE Career advancement opportunities Performance incentives Attendance incentives Paid vacation and PTO Health and dental benefits (where applicable) Schedule Night Shift & Some Day Shift Sunday through Thursday Travel throughout Pennsylvania and surrounding service areas
