What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

- Able to submit to background check Be able to lift up to 50 pounds Be able to stand and or walk for long periods of time Self motivated team player, that also works well by themselves Completing tasks in a timely manner Attention to detail !!! This role involves maintaining and monitoring of the breakroom, bathrooms and garbage areas in a live environment while business is open
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Sanitizing High Traffic Areas Dusting, high and low Mopping floors(Dry and/or Wet Mop) Empty Trash Receptacles and Dispose to designated location Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, mirrors, sinks, walls) Any other duties on work order as assigned job responsibilities may vary with each client's needs.
