We need a motivated team member to join our custodial staff that will help us keep our building clean and organized. 2-3 days per week. Evening hours, Monday through Friday. Summary Performs custodial maintenance duties, including dusting, mopping, finishing, and buffing floors, vacuuming, and shampooing carpets, and cleaning and restocking restrooms. Duties and Responsibilities Performs general, routine custodial duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, window washing, cleaning restrooms, and restocking paper and soap supplies. Performs routine maintenance to custodial equipment and supplies. Empty trash receptacles for proper disposal. Unlocks doors, ensuring doors are locked after cleaning areas. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to understand and follow safety procedures. Ability to operate vacuums and other related equipment. Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies. Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. Ability to work together with others in a team.
