This is NOT a single-location cleaning position. Employees are required to travel to multiple client locations throughout the evening within Luzerne County and surrounding areas. Applicants MUST have their own reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be willing and able to travel between job sites every shift. Please do not apply if transportation or traveling between locations will be an issue. Schedule & Hours Evening shifts may start as early as 4:00 PM This position works on a rotating schedule , meaning your assigned days, locations, and hours may vary from week to week. Employees may be responsible for multiple locations in the same evening. End times may vary depending on the number of locations assigned and the cleaning needs/conditions of each property. Applicants must have dependable evening availability and flexibility to accommodate the rotating schedule. Additional hours may become available as CMP continues to add new commercial clients. Job Overview As an Evening Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining several of our commercial client properties throughout your scheduled evening. Our clients depend on CMP to provide consistent, detailed, professional cleaning every visit. Because you may be responsible for several locations in one evening, reliability, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are extremely important. Responsibilities Travel between multiple commercial client locations during each shift Thoroughly clean offices, restrooms, classrooms, hallways, common areas, and other assigned spaces Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors Clean and disinfect restrooms and high-touch surfaces Empty trash and replace liners Dust and wipe desks, tables, furniture, ledges, baseboards, and other surfaces Clean glass doors, entryways, and interior glass as assigned Restock restroom and facility supplies when required Properly use vacuums, floor equipment, cleaning tools, and chemicals Understand which cleaning products are safe for different surfaces Follow individual cleaning checklists and instructions for each client location Report maintenance concerns, damages, supply shortages, or unusual conditions Keep cleaning closets, equipment, and supplies organized Complete all assigned locations within the scheduled timeframe without rushing or cutting corners Qualifications & Requirements Reliable personal vehicle

Must be willing to travel between multiple job sites per evening Must be available for evening shifts beginning as early as 4:00 PM Must be able to work a rotating schedule Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred Strong knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and sanitation Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and appropriate surface use Must be extremely detail-oriented Must be trustworthy, dependable, and reliable Ability to work independently and stay on schedule Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift Must be willing to complete a background check Professional and respectful attitude toward clients, coworkers, and client property What We're Looking For We need someone who understands that commercial cleaning is about consistency.
