What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

3:00 PM-11:30PM Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with weekends as neededPay:

A Quality Facility Services is seeking a dependable, motivated Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor to support daily operations in the Greensburg area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help oversee team performance, ensure quality standards, and support staff as needed. What You'll Do Supervise team members and ensure smooth daily operations Conduct quality checks to maintain service standards Train, support, and motivate team members Track labor hours and assist with scheduling and efficiency Manage inventory and place supply orders Communicate updates on schedules, procedures, and company policies Work closely with the Account Manager Step in to assist with coverage when needed Identify opportunities for additional services, including carpet cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, and more What We're Looking For Reliable and team-oriented with a strong work ethic Strong communication and organizational skills Leadership mindset Willingness to learn and grow Comfortable stepping into different roles as needed Janitorial or facility services experience preferred, but not required Why Join Us?
