A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Position Overview We are seeking a Professional Commercial Cleaner with a minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience . Do you have experience with specialized jobs like floor care, power washing, or kitchen hoods? Candidates with experience in strip-and-wax floors, hood/exhaust cleaning, power washing, or residential cleanouts will be fast-tracked and eligible for top-tier compensation.
Execute standard and deep-cleaning protocols for offices, medical facilities, corporate suites, and professional buildings (vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing restrooms, trash removal, and window cleaning). Specialty Flooring Care (Preferred): Perform professional floor maintenance, including stripping, sealing, and waxing resilient floors. Commercial Kitchen Services (Preferred): Assist in or lead the deep cleaning of commercial kitchen exhaust systems and hoods, ensuring compliance with fire and safety codes. Exterior Maintenance (Preferred): Operate power washing equipment to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, and parking areas. Residential Cleanouts (Preferred): Efficiently handle estate, foreclosure, or post-tenant residential cleanouts, ensuring properties are left broom-clean or completely detailed.
Safety & Compliance:
Properly handle, dilute, and store chemical cleaning agents according to OSHA and safety guidelines. Maintain and care for all company-issued equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience (commercial/office environment required).
Specialized Skills:
Proven experience in strip/wax flooring, hood/exhaust cleaning, pressure washing, or heavy cleanouts is a massive plus.
Reliability:
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites in the NEPA area.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs. Attention to
