A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

!!!!!! We are looking for you to join our team! AND make a contribution to our clients giving them peace and tranquility! You must live within a 10 mile radius to be considered for this position. This position is primarily daytime work , with most shifts scheduled during weekday daytime hours. Centrally located to Perkasie, Quakertown, Doylestown, Souderton. Applicants will be invited for an interview after we review the resumes.Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Daytime Cleaner to join our team. As a Daytime Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in residential and commercial properties. This is a great opportunity for individuals with cleaning experience, but don't want the hassle of running their own business. We are residential and commercial ,but we are NOT a janitorial cleaning company. Most jobs are located in Quakertown, Perkasie, Souderton, Doylestown areas. Must be able to travel from one job to the next. Prefer someone who is centrally located to Quakertown and Perkasie.Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning is preferred
- Must have own car. No company cars, clean background.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as a team
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Great personality and people skills
