Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Job Overview The Presbyterian Church of Deep Run is seeking a dependable Custodian to help keep our campus clean, organized, and welcoming. Hours will primarily be afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends. Responsibilities Clean sanctuary, classrooms, offices, hallways, and restrooms Restock supplies and report maintenance needs Maintain cleaning equipment Qualifications Age 18+ Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently Flexible and proactive Knowledge of cleaning and disinfecting techniques CPR/AED & First Aid certification within 3 months of hire PA Clearances and Mandated Reporter training required Join a warm, mission‑driven community where your work supports worship, education, and outreach.
