What they do

A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Hiring Part Time Evening Cleaning Lead ( Monday-Friday weekend as needed) 15-20 hours per week after 5:30pm Must be willing to travel between locations - Greensburg, Perryopolis, Mt. What You'll Do:
Make workspaces shine by vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces Keep bathrooms stocked and clean (gloves provided) Empty trash, sanitize touchpoints, and help create a clean, welcoming environment Stay in touch with your supervisor about supplies or any issues Follow simple cleaning steps—we'll train you and support you along the way
Key Responsibilities:
Provide extensive mentoring, coaching, and training to employees Respond to frequent calls and work-related issues throughout the shift Ensure staff accountability and adherence to company policies and expectations Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality standards Train new and existing team members on procedures and performance expectations Cover employee call-offs and adjust staffing as needed to maintain operations Complete and submit a detailed nightly summary report outlining activities, issues, and accomplishments

Strong leadership and team development skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational abilities Comfortable making decisions independently and holding team members accountable Flexibility to address unexpected staffing and operational challenges
What You'll Need:
