A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Hiring Part Time Evening Cleaning Lead ( Monday-Friday weekend as needed) 15-20 hours per week after 5:30pm Must be willing to travel between locations - Greensburg, Perryopolis, Mt. What You'll Do:

Make workspaces shine by vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces Keep bathrooms stocked and clean (gloves provided) Empty trash, sanitize touchpoints, and help create a clean, welcoming environment Stay in touch with your supervisor about supplies or any issues Follow simple cleaning steps—we'll train you and support you along the way

Key Responsibilities:

Provide extensive mentoring, coaching, and training to employees Respond to frequent calls and work-related issues throughout the shift Ensure staff accountability and adherence to company policies and expectations Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality standards Train new and existing team members on procedures and performance expectations Cover employee call-offs and adjust staffing as needed to maintain operations Complete and submit a detailed nightly summary report outlining activities, issues, and accomplishments

What You'll Need:
