Each responsibility is assigned a weight indicating the percentage of the job it represents. For performance evaluations, the Core Responsibilities account for 90% of the overall score, while the Professionalism and Style Expectations make up the remaining 10%. Overnight availability, including weekends and holidays, is required. Job Function Cleaning and Facility Operations Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned public areas, back-of-house spaces, and restrooms during overnight hours. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with hotel policies and health regulations. Complete scheduled deep cleaning tasks such as floors, carpets, windows, and high-touch surfaces. Ensure all cleaning duties are completed efficiently to prepare the property for the next day's operations. Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and other amenities in public and employee areas. Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of janitorial closets, storage areas, and equipment. Follow all standard operating procedures related to cleaning, sanitation, and safety. Support a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Respond promptly to supervisor requests and any overnight service needs. Follow all hotel policies and procedures. Attend all required meetings and trainings. Assist with additional housekeeping or operational duties as assigned.
