Experience in high-rise window cleaning is a plus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows in various commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and quality, as well as the ability to work at heights using specialized equipment. Starting hourly rate is dependent on experience. Duties Perform window cleaning services for commercial buildings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Utilize swing stages, scissor lifts, and other equipment safely to access high windows and hard-to-reach areas. Conduct thorough inspections of windows before and after cleaning to ensure quality results. Maintain all cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions or safety hazards. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely service delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is required. Experience in high-rise window cleaning is a plus. Familiarity with swing stages, scissor lifts, and similar equipment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
