Duties include, but are not limited to: Perform routine custodial and sanitation duties, including cleaning floors, restrooms, windows, designated work areas, and common spaces. Collect, remove, and dispose of trash and assist with maintaining on-site laundry facilities. Perform general grounds cleanup and assist with light snow and ice removal. Complete basic maintenance and handyman tasks, such as changing light bulbs, addressing minor plumbing issues, and performing simple repairs. Inspect and assist with the upkeep and cleanliness of company fleet vehicles, including conducting monthly vehicle inspections. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and other necessary materials. Assist with moving furniture, setting up meeting rooms, accepting and moving deliveries, and supporting company events as needed. Serve as a point of contact for outside contractors and assist with escorting vendors throughout company facilities when necessary. Help maintain the overall safety, cleanliness, security, and appearance of company buildings, grounds, and vehicles. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in the specific job roles. Helping Others Qualifications Required:
Responsible person with the ability to follow directions, pay attention to detail, and work independently. Must be 21 years of age. High School Diploma or GED (required) Ability to read, write, and communicate basic information in English.
Additional Requirements:
The candidate must pass required Criminal Record History Clearance, FBI and Child Abuse History Clearance, as well as possess a valid PA driver's license and maintain a good driving record throughout employment. The candidate must pass a pre-employment Physical & Drug Screening ( THC included ) & possess the ability to attend and successfully complete all required trainings. Schedule Full-Time 1st Shift - 6am-2pm Sunday-Thursday OR Saturday-Friday Physical Requirements Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist individuals as needed Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation Apply Today Some jobs pay the bills.
