What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
- 4:30 pm.
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass drug screening
- Must have ability to be on feet during full shifts, excluding designated break and lunch periods.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping floors clean and free of clutter in each department
- Emptying trash cans in each department including bathrooms, offices, showroom, etc..
- Replacing filters in spray booths
- Maintaining clean, sanitary and odor-free areas and office spaces.
- Standard house keeping duties may be required such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping and cleaning up spills.
- Cleaning bathrooms and stocking supplies.
- Emptying large waste barrels.
- Collecting cardboard from each dept. and operating a cardboard compactor and baler.
