School Custodian - SIGN ON BONUS

The Watson Institute is hiring full-time School Custodians at our Bridgeville, Sewickley and Friendship (Pittsburgh) locations! Both of these positions include a $500 sign on bonus !

Education Center Sewickley:

301 Camp Meeting Road, Sewickley, PA 15143

Education Center South:

230 Hickory Grade Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017

Schedules Available:

Friendship Academy:

Monday-Friday 12:30 pm•9:00 pm, year round

Sewickley:

Monday-Friday, 1:00 pm•9:30 pm, year round

Bridgeville:

Monday-Friday, 1:00 pm•9:30 pm, year round

Responsibilities:

General cleaning, mopping and vacuuming of classrooms, bathrooms or any other assigned areas of the facility Stripping and waxing of floors Light patching and painting Outside maintenance and lawn care Snow removal when needed Minor electrical repairs Minor mechanical repairs All other tasks necessary to maintain a clean and safe environment Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Good communication and interpersonal skills Good computer skills Ability to follow directions well and work independently At least one-year janitorial\lawn care experience preferred Some electrical and mechanical knowledge Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Current Act 34, 114 and 151 clearances required
