100 Hunter's Way Smithfield, PA 15478 What You'll Do As a Janitor, you'll help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our facilities and grounds while assisting with general errands and customer support.
You will:
Maintain a safe, clean working environment for employees and customers Empty trash and clean floors, windows, walls, doors, and table surfaces in offices, lunchrooms, and public areas Clean restrooms and restock paper products regularly Prioritize cleaning and maintenance needs throughout the facility Paint walls and ceilings and replace ceiling tiles as needed Maintain coffee and beverage areas, keeping supplies stocked and counters clean Walk and clean the parking lot and surrounding areas daily Keep the drivers' lounge tidy and organized Fill in at the reception desk as needed Perform light building maintenance and minimize interruptions to staff and customers Manage cleaning supply inventory and restock as needed whilemaintainingcost awareness Inspect and replace lighting as necessary Use proper safety equipment and follow OSHA Right-to-Know and related safety regulations Shuttle customers to and from hotels, make bank deposits, and run local errands as assigned Adhere to and promote all Hunter Truck health and safety policies to maintain a safe workplace What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED 1-3 months of related experience preferred (training provided) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Excellent communication and customer service skills
Licenses & Certifications:
Valid Driver's License (must meet company insurability standards)
