ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the proper cleaning and storing requirements are followed for all plastic injection molded pieces used to make test and burn in sockets. Performs other duties as assigned. Inspect small parts under a magnifying glass, for areas needing beads and gates removed. Bead/sand blast parts. Sand gates using a belt sander. Cut gates using cutters. Weigh completed parts to ensure the quantities are accurate based on the weight of the total order. Deliver completed parts to the Quality Department. Recognize potential problems and report any such problems or issues of concern to the Mold Cleaning Supervisor and assist with potential solutions. Perform some of the Mold Cleaning Supervisor's duties during their absence. Assist in other departments such as Molding and Socket Assembly. Comply with all company policies. Maintain a hostile free work environment.

Physical Demands:

Prolonged sitting. Fine manipulation using small hand tools. Good hand eye coordination. Performing tedious work in a quite environment. No heavy lifting is required.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED Speak, read, and write in English. Legally able to work in the United States

PREFERRED SKILLS

Excel Word Outlook Excellent communication skills. Positive attitude
