Monday-Friday 9PM-5PM OR Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM Pay rate: $18-$20/hr based on shift Position Overview The Sanitation Associate I is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing food processing equipment and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized production environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring food safety and operational efficiency. Essential Responsibilities Clean and sanitize food processing equipment according to company standards Perform custodial duties throughout the facility Wash dishes and maintain sanitation areas Clean production areas using industrial cleaning equipment Sweep floors, use squeegees, and assist with general facility cleanup Maintain organization and cleanliness of production spaces Handle cleaning chemicals safely and according to guidelines Follow all PPE and safety requirements Support overall facility housekeeping and sanitation efforts Qualifications Required Skills & Experience 0-3 years of relevant experience Janitorial or sanitation experience preferred Experience handling cleaning chemicals Knowledge of proper PPE use Experience using industrial cleaning equipment Ability to read, write, and understand English Basic arithmetic skills Strong attendance and reliability PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
