Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of new construction sites, including dust removal, debris disposal, and surface cleaning Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine Remove leftover construction materials, packaging, and waste efficiently and safely Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to restore a pristine appearance Use specialized cleaning equipment and supplies to achieve professional results in commercial and residential spaces Assist with light maintenance tasks like touch-up painting or minor repairs as needed Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to maintain a hazard-free environment Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial duties, or facilities maintenance Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, including floor care and buffing procedures Prior experience with industrial cleaning or post construction cleanup highly preferred Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers or floor polishers safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team If you're motivated by creating spotless environments after construction projects are completed, we want your energy on our team!
