What You'll Do:

Perform high-quality cleanings (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing) on an as-needed basis. Spend your first 1-2 weeks training closely with the owner to learn our systems and standards. Follow a strict pre-job checklist to ensure you have the right tools for success. Work independently on-site once fully trained, while staying connected to management via text/app.

Requirements:

Must be looking for supplemental, flexible income (no guaranteed hours). Must be available for full on-site training for the first 1 to 2 weeks. Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Must have a smartphone for time-tracking and communication. Strong attention to detail and punctuality. Background check required.
