Clear Creek RVs in Abilene, Texas, is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team player to join our Service Department in a hybrid Detailer / Make Ready Specialist and Porter role. This position is a key part of keeping our dealership running smoothly. You'll help clean and prepare new and pre-owned RVs for delivery, service, and display while also supporting the service department as a general porter. From washing and detailing RVs to moving units, running errands, and picking up parts, you'll play an important behind-the-scenes role in delivering a great customer experience. What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who: Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude Takes pride in clean, detailed work Is dependable, punctual, and safety-minded Can work independently and as part of a team Is comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Can follow processes, instructions, and dealership procedures Is willing to jump in and help where needed

Key Responsibilities:

Clean, wash, and detail new and pre-owned RVs inside and out Perform make-ready work to prepare RVs for customer delivery and lot display Move RVs around the lot and service area safely Assist the service department as a porter as needed Run errands using a company vehicle, including picking up parts and supplies Maintain cleanliness and organization of service and prep areas Identify and report any visible damage or concerns to the service team Follow safety guidelines when moving and working around

RVs Requirements:
