An Environmental Services Worker maintains the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the facility in which they work. They do so by performing a range of cleaning tasks, from mopping and floor buffing to room sanitizing and waste disposal
This position is responsible for performing general housekeeping tasks to maintain the facility and associated buildings in a sanitary, safe, and attractive condition and to meet hospital and Joint Commission standards.

40 hours per week / full time benefits Monday - Friday 3pm - 11:30pm Scope As an Environmental Services Aide / Housekeeper you need to know how to: Clean and vacuum all floor surfaces. Dispose of all infectious and non-infectious waste. Clean patient rooms and common areas. Dust all areas both high and low. Stock supplies for cart and room as required. Demonstrate proficiency in the cleaning of beds and the Alaris IV Pumps. Demonstrate communication skills according to age of patient/visitor/customer.
