Pressure Washer and Window Cleaning Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pressure Washer and Window Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces. Perform window cleaning on various types of commercial and residential properties using appropriate tools and techniques. Prepare work sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, or scissor lifts as needed to access high or hard-to-reach areas. Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards. Conduct thorough inspections before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain equipment by performing routine checks, cleaning tools, and reporting any repairs needed. Assist with janitorial or custodial tasks when required to support overall property maintenance efforts. Requirements Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or commercial cleaning is highly preferred. Ability to operate pressure washers and related cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Experience working with scissor lifts or other elevated access equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional results. Physical stamina to stand, lift heavy equipment, climb ladders or scaffolding, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Valid certification for operating scissor lifts or similar machinery is desirable but not mandatory; training can be provided if necessary. $18.00 - $26.58 per hour
