The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean various surfaces, including driveways, sidewalks, decks, and building exteriors. Assess the condition of surfaces to determine the appropriate cleaning methods and solutions. Prepare surfaces for cleaning by removing debris and obstacles. Apply cleaning agents as needed and ensure proper rinsing techniques are used. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and basic maintenance tasks. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Must be ok with heights and walking on roofs, using aerial lifts, and working outside. Commercial lawn maintenance & Christmas light services are also job requirements. Mow, edge, trim, and maintain residential and commercial lawns to company quality standards.- Operate commercial lawn equipment including zero-turn mowers, push mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers. Qualifications Previous experience in pressure washing or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to operate pressure washing equipment and tools effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Must be physically fit, able to lift heavy equipment, and perform tasks that require standing for extended periods. A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
