Based in Bloomington, IN, with company-paid travel to job sites throughout Southern Indiana About the Position Wes-Tech Services is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for a temporary commercial refrigeration cleaning project involving approximately 45 CVS Pharmacy locations throughout Southern Indiana. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and can work efficiently as part of a two-person team. No HVAC or refrigeration experience is required. This is a commercial cleaning position, not a refrigeration repair position. Training, equipment, and cleaning supplies will be provided. Job Responsibilities Clean commercial refrigerated display cases, including cooler and freezer doors. Clean glass, handles, door frames, gaskets, shelving, interior surfaces, and accessible case components. Clean floors and surrounding areas using appropriate cleaning products. Operate commercial cleaning tools, including wet/dry vacuums, squeegees, and other equipment. Follow established cleaning procedures and quality standards. Take before-and-after photos and complete basic job documentation. Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment. Travel with another team member to assigned CVS locations. Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and willing to work. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and performing physical cleaning work throughout the day. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Willingness to travel throughout Southern Indiana. Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures. Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, maintenance, or similar experience is helpful but not required. Compensation & Benefits $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities. Overtime paid when applicable. Company-provided transportation between assigned job sites. Company-provided cleaning equipment, supplies, and training. Company-paid lodging and meal allowance when overnight travel is required.
