A plus is retired Military or a Retired individual in search of additional income.

Work 7 days out of every 14-day period Primary Responsibilities Perform daily janitorial duties, including: Vacuuming and mopping floors Emptying trash Cleaning restrooms and break rooms Dusting Operating a self-propelled floor scrubber and/or buffer Supervise cleaning staff while on duty. Communicate daily with the Account Manager. Address and help resolve client concerns. Train and onboard new employees. Monitor cleaning supply levels. Enforce company policies and maintain a positive work environment. Lead by example and help develop team members. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of customer service experience. 1+ year of supervisory experience. Reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and lead a diverse team. Requirements Pass a background check. Be eligible for E-Verify employment verification. Good Fit For Retired military personnel. Retirees seeking supplemental income.
