Qualifications:

Must be a high school graduate/ GED Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills in English Must have the ability to project a positive and professional image Should know proper cleaning methods, chemical use, and dilution (we will train) Knowledge of fire and disaster plans for the safety of the residents (we will train) Must be dependable and punctual Must be able to stand, pull, push, and lift at least 25 pounds, on a daily basis Must be able to stand for long periods of time to continuously clean Must use all body mechanics and safety precautions Experience in environmental services is preferred .
