Position Summary We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Independent Contract Cleaners who take pride in their work and enjoy creating clean, welcoming spaces. Contractors will perform high-quality residential cleaning services for luxury homes and vacation properties while representing the brand with professionalism. We provide residential cleaning services with hospitality and exceptional attention to detail. Our mission is to create beautifully maintained homes while delivering a five-star client experience built on professionalism, reliability, and care. Responsibilities Perform routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings. Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all designated areas. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces to company standards. Make beds and stage rooms when requested. Safely use cleaning products and equipment. Arrive on time and communicate professionally with clients and management. Complete assigned jobs efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality. Follow cleaning checklists and service standards. Qualifications Previous residential or hospitality cleaning experience. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Smartphone with internet access for scheduling and communication. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and climbing stairs. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Contractor Requirements Must have or be willing to obtain general liability insurance. Must provide your own reliable transportation. Must provide your own cleaning supplies. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must maintain a professional, client-focused attitude.
