Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Janitorial/Maintenance Position Location:

Conway, SC Pay Rate:

$14 per hour

Tasks:

Run floor machine daily Clean up plastic Clean up cardboard Run Baler Machines Empty garbage daily Other warehouse tasks

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM We have a Janitorial/Maintenance position in Conway for $14.00 an hour starting out. Must have Janitorial experience and experience with Floor Machines & Balers. The job is Monday-Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm. You will also have to help break down and repackage damages and well as empty garbage daily and clean up any loose debris around the property. Job may include heavy lifting.

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitize restrooms and other common areas. Empty trash and recycling bins regularly. Ensure all cleaning supplies are properly stored and maintained. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor. Maintain a safe and hygienic environment,

Requirements:
