Your Role as a Custodian As a Custodian at Spartan Logistics, you will help ensure a clean and safe environment for all employees by: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing floors and stairs Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, and mirrors Restocking supplies and refilling dispensers in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas Cleaning break rooms, including sinks, countertops, and appliances Emptying all trash cans and replacing liners Maintaining janitorial equipment in clean, safe working conditions Using and labeling all chemicals properly and safely Performing other duties as assigned This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, stays organized, and values a clean, safe workplace.
