This is a solo field position for professionals who can work independently, communicate confidently with high-net-worth homeowners, and deliver flawless results without supervision. We operate in the high-end exterior home maintenance market . Our clients expect precision, preparation, and professionalism— not shortcuts . This role is for seasoned technicians who understand that reputation, craftsmanship, and customer experience matter. Key Responsibilities Perform solo pressure washing services on high-value residential properties Execute professional exterior window cleaning on multi-story homes Evaluate surfaces and select correct cleaning methods for stone, stucco, brick, concrete, and siding Protect landscaping, fixtures, and surrounding property at all times Safely operate pressure washing equipment, chemicals, and ladders Provide white-glove customer service to discerning homeowners Maintain a clean, professional job site and company image Represent Reflections of Charleston with confidence and professionalism on every property Required Experience & Qualifications This is an experience-required position. Entry-level applicants will not be considered. Proven professional pressure washing experience Professional window cleaning experience (required) Ability to lift 75 lbs unassisted Ability to safely handle and work from a 32-ft extension ladder unassisted Strong understanding of high-end residential exterior surfaces Exceptional customer service and communication skills Polished, professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Schedule Monday-Friday:

7:30 AM

• 5:00 PM Saturdays optional and available Compensation & Benefits $20
