This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to a professional team in a dynamic setting. Responsibilities but not limited to Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and special requests from management Maintaining walkway and ensuring it's free of trash, debris, and leaves (using leaf blower) Help cleaning after weekend or evening events

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO CLEAN MONDAYS/WEDNESDAYS/FRIDAYS

Skills Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential qualities for success in this role
