This position focuses on same-day turnovers, meaning homes must be cleaned, reset, and guest-ready within a scheduled timeframe between checkout and check-in. This role is fast-paced and ideal for someone who works efficiently, communicates well, and takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming space for guests. Responsibilities Perform detailed Airbnb turnover cleanings according to our checklist Reset and stage homes for incoming guests. Make beds and restock supplies Follow cleaning checklists and company standards. Report damages, maintenace concerns, or low inventory. Take before/after photos when required. Work independently or wiht a teammate. Ensure homes are guest-ready by deadline times Requirements Weekend availability is

REQUIRED

Valid Driver's License, reliable car and insurance Smartphone for communication/photos Ability to work efficiently under time deadlines Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and dependability Cleaning experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Schedule Primarily Saturdays and Sundays Most turnovers occur between 10 AM - 4 PM Flexible scheduling based on Airbnb bookings - must turnovers are on the weekends but they could be during the week so it would be best if you could be flexible and open to other days for these specific Airbnb's in Mountain Rest Pay Competitive pay based on experience and performance Opportunity for additional weekday hours for the right candidate Ideal Candidate This position is perfect for someone who: Enjoys fast-paced work Likes seeing immediate results from their work Can stay organized and manage time well Takes initiative and works without constant supervision You must be able to endure > Standing up to 6 hours > Walking stairs > Bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs

Pay & Compensation Starting Pay:

$16.00 per hour Increase to $17.00 per hour within 3 months (based on performance and attendance) Top pay: Up to $20.00 per hour Paid weekly via direct deposit (every Wednesday) Service Area & Travel Expectations Office located in Seneca, SC We service locations within 30 miles of the office Must be able to travel up to 35-40 minutes one-way per day We schedule efficiently and typical travel is less, but you must be able to travel Ready to Apply?
