Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Post Construction Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing newly completed buildings to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety before occupancy. Your energetic approach and keen eye for detail will help transform construction sites into pristine, welcoming spaces for clients and occupants alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the final phase of construction projects, ensuring every detail is spotless and ready for use. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of all areas within newly constructed buildings, including floors, walls, windows, fixtures, and surfaces. Remove debris, dust, adhesives, paint splatters, and other construction residues from the site. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers and hand tools efficiently and safely. Inspect completed spaces to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company standards and report any deficiencies or damages. Coordinate with project managers or site supervisors to prioritize cleaning tasks based on project timelines. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is properly maintained for optimal performance. Qualifications Previous experience in post construction or commercial cleaning is preferred cleaning instructions will be provided. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and project managers. Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use.
