Full Job Description Carpet Cleaning Technician Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Carpet and Floor Cleaners to join our team. The technician will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpets in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpets, hardwood, tile, and upholstery in residential and commercial properties, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, dependable, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Previous carpet and floor cleaning experience is not required—we provide training for the right candidates. However, applicants should demonstrate excellent customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and a dedication to quality work. Sales experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect carpets to identify stains, dirt, and other conditions that require cleaning. Operate carpet cleaning equipment, including steam cleaners, vacuum cleaners, and shampooers. Apply cleaning solutions and stain removers to carpets as needed. Perform deep cleaning on carpets, removing dirt, debris, and allergens. Dry carpets after cleaning to ensure no damage or moisture retention. Ensure proper maintenance and care of carpet cleaning equipment. Communicate with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and address concerns. Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with customers. Handle and dispose of waste materials properly. Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in carpet cleaning is preferred but not required. Knowledge of different types of carpet fibers and cleaning methods. Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment. Strong physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and move furniture if necessary. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy cleaning equipment and furniture as needed. Comfortable working in various environments (residential and commercial spaces).
