In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Your efforts will ensure that all spaces are hygienic, well-organized, and visually appealing, supporting the overall safety and comfort of staff and visitors alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces to maintain hygiene standards. Operate floor care machinery including buffers and polishers to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained. Assist with custodial duties related to industrial cleaning projects or specialized facility maintenance as needed. Support facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs, painting, or touch-ups to keep the environment in top condition. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage and disposal of chemicals in compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently while adhering to health and safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in custodial work or janitorial services within commercial or residential settings. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and use of cleaning equipment such as buffers and vacuums. Prior experience with industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is highly desirable. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
