Job Description

Our professional carpet cleaning technicians will be responsible for deep-cleaning customers' carpets, as well as upholstery, area rugs, tile, and hardwood. We are looking for candidates with a strong commitment to customer service, who will listen carefully to customer concerns and take the time to ensure that every detail is addressed properly.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate carpet and floor cleaning equipment efficiently and safely Drive the company cleaning van to and from job sites Assess customer needs and explain the cleaning process clearly Treat customer homes and businesses with respect and care Follow company procedures to ensure the highest cleaning standards Maintain equipment and keep the work vehicle clean and stocked Handle payment processing or job completion forms, if required Provide exceptional customer service, including follow-up and feedback requests
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Prior experience in carpet or floor cleaning not required Must be punctual and dependable
