POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining the building and grounds in a presentable manner at all times.WORK SCHEDULE
8am-5pm or as scheduledESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Maintains cleanliness of the offices and arena on a daily basis.
- Cleans and maintains the grounds, as necessary, depending on the season.
- Maintains the arena as 'auction ready' at all times.
- Provides minor building and grounds maintenance as required.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS COMPETENCIES
- Cuts grass, cleans fence lines, shovels snow, pulls weeds, etc, as needed.
- Janitorial duties as required to maintain the cleanliness of offices, restrooms, and grounds.
- Able to prioritize workload as it changes.
- Assist in setting promotional displays as requested.
- Painting and other minor maintenance projects as required.
EDUCATION
- High school diploma preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- Prior janitorial and maintenance experience preferred.

- Able and willing to perform the physical requirements of the position.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to assist as needed on sale day.
- Able to communicate well.
- Able to manage work schedule to utilize time efficiently.
